Who you are contracting with

Tuvello is operated by Zibillion LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States. Where these terms say “we”, “us” or “Tuvello”, they mean Zibillion LLC.

What Tuvello is

Tuvello is a subscription language-learning service. You practise a language in one-to-one conversation with an AI tutor, by voice or in text, and the service keeps track of what you have covered so later sessions build on earlier ones.

Tuvello is a learning tool. It is not a certified language qualification, and it is not a substitute for professional instruction where a formal credential is required.

Your account

You need an account to use Tuvello, and you must give accurate information when you create one. You are responsible for activity under your account, so keep your sign-in secure. Accounts are for one person — please do not share them.

You must be at least 16 years old to use Tuvello, or older if the law where you live sets a higher age for agreeing to terms like these.

Minutes, and what uses them

Live tutoring is metered in minutes. Every account starts with 20 free trial minutes, granted once. After that you need a subscription or a top-up pack to begin a live session.

• Live voice and lesson sessions use minutes.
• Practice, review, writing and your history do not. Those stay available whether or not you have minutes left.

A session needs at least one minute of balance to start, and its length is capped to what you have left, so it winds down naturally rather than cutting off mid-sentence. Small overruns are absorbed by us, not billed to you.

Subscriptions and packs

• Subscription. A monthly allowance of minutes, charged in advance and renewing automatically until you cancel. Subscription minutes do not roll over — each month’s allowance expires at the end of that billing period.
• Top-up packs. One-off purchases for when you use more than your allowance. Pack minutes are valid for 12 months from purchase.

Where minutes of different kinds are available, the ones expiring soonest are used first, so nothing lapses while you still have it.

Prices, currency and tax

Current prices are shown before you confirm any purchase, and the price you see at checkout is the price you pay. Applicable VAT or sales tax is calculated at checkout based on the address you give.

Your billing currency is set the first time you pay and stays fixed for your account afterwards. If you need it changed, contact us.

We may change prices for future billing periods. If we do, we will tell you before the change takes effect, and you can cancel before being charged the new amount.

Payment

Payments are processed by Stripe. We do not receive or store your full card number. If a renewal payment fails, Stripe will retry it over the following days; if it keeps failing, your subscription may be suspended or cancelled.

Cancelling and refunds

You can cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Our full policy, including refunds and disputes, is on the refunds and cancellation page and forms part of these terms.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• share your account, or resell access to it;
• attempt to extract the underlying models, scrape the service, or use it to build a competing product;
• use Tuvello to generate unlawful, abusive or harassing content;
• interfere with the service’s operation or its other users.

We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where we do so and you have unused paid minutes, we will refund them unless the breach involved fraud or abuse.

Your content

What you say and write in Tuvello remains yours. You give us the permission we need to process it in order to run the service — transcribing your speech, generating tutor replies, and building your learning history. How that works in detail is described in our privacy policy.

Availability

We aim to keep Tuvello available and improving, but we do not promise uninterrupted service. We may change or discontinue features. If we discontinue the service entirely, we will give notice and refund unused paid minutes.

Liability

Tuvello is provided as-is, to the fullest extent the law allows. Our total liability to you for any claim relating to the service is limited to what you paid us in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

If you are a consumer, you keep all rights the law of your country gives you, and nothing in these terms takes those away.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer resident in the European Union or the United Kingdom, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and you keep the protection of its mandatory consumer law.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change materially affects you, we will give notice before it takes effect. Continuing to use Tuvello after that means you accept the updated terms.
