Who controls your data

Tuvello is operated by Zibillion LLC, a limited liability company formed in the State of Wyoming, United States. Where these terms say “we”, “us” or “Tuvello”, they mean Zibillion LLC.

Zibillion LLC is the data controller for personal data processed through Tuvello.

What we collect

  • Account details — your name, email address and profile picture, from the Google account you sign in with.
  • What you say and write — audio from voice sessions, transcripts of it, and anything you type.
  • Learning data — vocabulary, mistakes, progress, goals, and the notes the tutor keeps so later sessions build on earlier ones.
  • Billing data — your subscription status, purchase history and billing country. Card details go directly to Stripe; we never see or store your full card number.
  • Technical data — the logs and error records needed to keep the service running securely.

Why we process it, and on what basis

  • To provide the service — running sessions, remembering your progress, showing your history. Basis: performance of our contract with you.
  • To take payment — processing purchases and meeting tax obligations. Basis: contract, and legal obligation.
  • To keep the service working and secure — diagnosing faults, preventing abuse. Basis: our legitimate interest in a reliable service.
  • Session recordings are kept only where you have turned recording on. Basis: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time in settings.

We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use your conversations to train our own models.

Who processes it for us

Running a live voice tutor needs specialist providers. Each acts as our processor, handles only what its part of the service requires, and is bound by contract:

  • LiveKit — real-time audio transport.
  • Deepgram and Google Cloud — speech recognition.
  • ElevenLabs and Google Cloud — speech synthesis.
  • Anthropic and OpenAI — the language models behind the tutor.
  • fal.ai and OpenAI — generated session imagery.
  • Stripe — payments, billing and tax calculation.
  • Hetzner — application hosting and object storage, in the EU.
  • Netlify — this marketing website.

International transfers

Zibillion LLC is established in the United States, and some processors above are too, so your data may be transferred outside the European Economic Area. Where it is, the transfer relies on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or another approved safeguard. Application data and session audio are stored on EU infrastructure.

How long we keep it

  • Session recordings — at most 190 days, then deleted automatically.
  • Generated session images — 7 days.
  • Learning data and transcripts — for as long as your account is open, because they are what makes the tutor remember you.
  • Billing records — as long as tax and accounting law requires, even after an account closes.

Your rights

You can access, correct, export, delete, restrict or object to the processing of your personal data, and withdraw consent for recordings at any time. Two of these are built into the app and need no request:

  • Export — download everything we hold about you, from your account settings.
  • Delete — close your account and remove your data, also from your account settings.

For anything else, write to info@zibillion.com. If you are in the EEA or UK and think we have handled your data badly, you can complain to your local supervisory authority.

Recordings

Session recording is off unless you turn it on, and you can turn it off again whenever you like. There is a fuller explanation of what is recorded and how it is used at app.jointuvello.com/privacy.

Cookies

This marketing site sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking scripts. The application uses only the cookies needed to keep you signed in.

Children

Tuvello is not intended for children under 16. If you believe a child has given us personal data, contact us and we will remove it.

Changes

If we change how we handle personal data in a way that affects you, we will tell you before the change takes effect.
