- Help with a session — something not working, audio trouble, a tutor behaving oddly.
- Billing — refunds, cancellation, a charge you do not recognise. See refunds and cancellation first; it may answer you faster than we can.
- Privacy — data access, correction or deletion requests. Export and deletion are also self-service in your account settings.

Before you write about billing
Cancelling is self-service: open Billing settings in your account. Cancellation stops the next charge and you keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. If a charge looks wrong, please write to us before raising a dispute with your bank — it is almost always quicker to fix directly.
